Apply for a delivery

1. From your dashboard, look at the Available deliveries section
2. Find a delivery that works for you
3. Click Offer my services
4. Wait for store and customer validation

Delivery cycle

Delivery created  →  You apply  →  Store validates  →  Customer confirms
    ↓                                                      ↓
You deliver  ←  Customer confirms receipt  ←  Pick up at store

1. Request created

A store or customer posts a delivery request.

2. You apply

Click Offer my services to apply.

3. Store validation

The store checks your profile and validates you.

4. Customer confirmation

The customer confirms you as their courier.

5. Pick up at store

Go to the store to collect the order. The store scans your QR collection code to confirm pickup.

6. Deliver to customer

Deliver to the customer. Their QR delivery code is scanned to confirm delivery.

7. Payment

Once delivery is confirmed, you receive 80% of the delivery fee in your wallet.

Generate a QR code

From your dashboard, in active deliveries:

• QR Collection — show to the store to scan when you pick up
• QR Delivery — show to the customer to scan when you deliver

My wallet

Check your balance on the dashboard. You can withdraw your earnings anytime.

Sponsorship

A store can sponsor you by registering you as a courier. After 10 sponsorships, you get privileged status to receive more delivery requests.
