Manage your account subscription and billing.

Available Plans

Plan Price Features
Free 0 XOF 1 store, up to 50 products, basic POS
Starter 9,900 XOF/mo 2 stores, up to 200 products, POS + inventory
Business 24,900 XOF/mo 5 stores, unlimited products, full features
Enterprise Custom Unlimited stores, dedicated support, API access

Current Plan

View your current plan and its details under Settings > Subscription. See your:

  • Plan name and price
  • Billing cycle (monthly or yearly)
  • Next billing date
  • Usage statistics
  • Feature availability

Upgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your desired plan
  4. Choose billing cycle (monthly / yearly)
  5. Enter payment details
  6. Confirm upgrade

Upgrades take effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the current billing period.

Downgrading

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower-tier plan
  4. Confirm downgrade

Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment Methods

Add payment methods under Settings > Billing:

  • Mobile Money
  • Bank Card
  • Bank Transfer

Billing History

View your past invoices and payment receipts under Settings > Billing History.

Cancelling

To cancel your subscription, contact support. Your account will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
