Transfer Contracts
Formalize product transfers between partner stores with legally binding contracts.
What is a Transfer Contract?
A transfer contract is a formal agreement between two partner stores for the transfer of products. It protects both parties by specifying the terms, quantities, and conditions of the transfer.
Creating a Contract
- Go to Partnerships > Contracts
- Click New Contract
- Select the product(s) being transferred
- Specify quantities and prices
- Set payment terms (immediate, credit)
- Add contract terms and conditions
- Click Submit for Signature

Signing a Contract
- Review the contract terms carefully
- Click Sign Contract
- Confirm your acceptance
- Both parties must sign for the contract to become active
Contract Details
Each contract includes:
- Partner information (name, address, contact)
- Itemized list of products
- Quantities and agreed prices
- Total amount
- Payment terms
- Delivery timeline
- Signatures and timestamps
Contract History
View all your contracts (active and past) under Partnerships > Contracts. Filter by status, partner, or date range.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises:
- Open the contract
- Click Raise Dispute
- Describe the issue
- Attach supporting evidence
- Admin will review and mediate
