Wallet Overview

Manage your store's finances and track your balance.

Accessing the Wallet

Go to Wallet from the sidebar to view your financial dashboard.

Wallet Features

• Balance — current available balance
• Pending — funds awaiting confirmation
• Total Earned — cumulative earnings
• Total Spent — cumulative spending

Adding Funds

Funds enter your wallet through:

• Sales — automatic credit from completed POS sales
• Transfers — payments from partner transfers
• Deposits — manual deposits by store owner

Wallet Dashboard

The wallet dashboard shows:

• Current balance with currency
• Recent transactions
• Monthly earnings chart
• Pending withdrawals
• Quick actions (deposit, withdraw, view history)

Currency

Your wallet operates in your store's base currency (XOF, GHS, GNF, KES, or USD). All transactions are recorded in this currency.

Security

Wallet operations are protected by:

• PIN verification for withdrawals
• Email confirmation for large transactions
• Activity logs for all financial actions
