Employees & Roles

Manage your team members and control their access to store features.

Inviting Employees

  1. Go to Store > Employees
  2. Click Invite Employee
  3. Enter the employee's name and email
  4. Select a role
  5. Choose the branch(es) they will work in
  6. Click Send Invitation

The employee will receive an email with a link to set their password and access the dashboard.

Roles & Permissions

Admin

  • Full access to all features
  • Manage employees, settings, and finances
  • Create and sign contracts
  • View all reports

Manager

  • Manage products, inventory, and orders
  • View sales reports
  • Cannot manage employees or settings
  • Cannot access wallet or contracts

Cashier

  • Access POS only
  • View products and prices
  • Process sales and refunds
  • Cannot manage inventory or employees

Stock Manager

  • Manage products, categories, and stock
  • View inventory movements
  • Cannot access POS or finances

Viewer

  • Read-only access to dashboard
  • View reports and analytics
  • Cannot make any changes

Modifying Roles

You can change an employee's role at any time from the employee list. Changes take effect immediately.

Removing Employees

To remove an employee, use the Deactivate option. Deactivated employees cannot log in but their historical data is preserved.
