My account, wishlist and tracking

Order without an account or create one

You can order without creating an account: just fill in your information on the checkout page.

Creating an account (registration) gives you extra benefits:

• View your order history
• Track orders from your dashboard
• Manage your wishlist
• Re-order easily

Create an account

1. Click Register in the menu
2. Enter your name, email and password
3. Confirm your email via the link you receive

View my orders

Once logged in, go to My account > My orders to see:

• A list of all your orders
• Each order's status (pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered)
• Amount and payment method

Click on an order to see details: items, prices, delivery tracking.

Track an order without an account

You received a confirmation email with an order number (UUID)?

Go to the Track order page, enter the number, and see the status in real time.

Cancel an order

You can cancel an order while it's still pending (not yet confirmed by the seller):

1. Go to My orders
2. Open the order
3. Click Cancel

My wishlist

The wishlist lets you save products for later.

• Add — click the ❤ on the product page
• View — go to My wishlist
• Buy — click a product to add it to the cart
• Remove — click the ❤ again

Become a seller
