Place an order and pay

Checkout page

When you click Checkout from your cart, you arrive at the checkout page.

1. Fill in your information

Enter:

• Your name — so the seller knows who to deliver to
• Email — to receive confirmation and tracking
• Phone — to be contacted if needed
• Delivery address — country, city, neighborhood

2. Choose delivery method

• Home delivery — a courier brings your order
• Store pickup — you collect it yourself

Delivery fees may apply depending on distance.

3. Choose payment method

Online payment (GeniusPay)

You are redirected to a secure payment platform. You can pay by:

• Mobile Money (Orange Money, MTN, Moov Money, etc.)
• Bank card

Cash on delivery

You pay in cash when the courier delivers your order.

4. Confirm the order

Review your order summary (items, quantity, total, address) and confirm.

After the order

• You receive a confirmation email
• You can track your order on the tracking page
• The seller prepares your order
• A courier delivers it
