Stock Management

Track and manage inventory levels across all your branches.

Viewing Stock

Navigate to Products > Stock Management to see:

• Current stock quantities per product per branch
• Low stock alerts (products below reorder level)
• Stock value (total cost of current inventory)
• Recent stock movements

Adjusting Stock

Manual Adjustment

1. Select a product and branch
2. Click Adjust Stock
3. Enter the new quantity and reason (e.g., "inventory count", "damaged goods")
4. Click Save

Stock Transfers

Move stock between branches:

1. Go to Stock > Transfer
2. Select source and destination branches
3. Choose products and quantities
4. Confirm the transfer

Reorder Levels

Set minimum stock thresholds per product. When stock falls below this level, the item appears in low stock alerts.

Stock Alerts

Configure notifications for:

• Low stock (below reorder level)
• Out of stock (quantity = 0)
• Overstock (quantity above maximum)

Import / Export

Use CSV import/export to update stock in bulk.
