Inventory Movements

Every stock change is recorded as an inventory movement for full traceability.

Movement Types

Type Description
Purchase Stock added from supplier purchase
Sale Stock deducted from a sale
Transfer In Stock received from another branch
Transfer Out Stock sent to another branch
Adjustment Manual stock correction
Return Customer return added back to stock
Damaged Stock marked as damaged or expired

Viewing Movements

Go to Products > Inventory Movements to see a chronological list of all stock changes. You can filter by:

  • Date range
  • Product
  • Branch
  • Movement type
  • User who performed the action

Movement Details

Each movement record shows:

  • Product name and SKU
  • Quantity change (+ or -)
  • Previous and new stock level
  • Branch location
  • Performed by
  • Timestamp
  • Reference number (e.g., sale ID, purchase order)

Exporting Movements

Export movements as CSV or PDF for auditing purposes.

Audit Trail

Inventory movements provide a complete audit trail. All adjustments require a reason, and the system logs the user who made each change.
