Store Settings

Configure your store's general settings and preferences.

Accessing Store Settings

Go to Settings > Store Settings to manage your store configuration.

General Information

• Store Name — displayed on receipts, invoices, and customer communications
• Store Description — brief description shown on your store profile
• Store Logo — upload your brand logo
• Contact Email — primary contact email
• Phone Number — store phone number
• Address — physical store address

Operating Hours

Set your store's operating hours for each day of the week. Customers will see these hours on your store profile.

Currency

Select your base currency:

• XOF (FCFA)
• GHS (Ghana Cedi)
• GNF (Guinea Franc)
• KES (Kenyan Shilling)
• USD (US Dollar)

Tax Configuration

• Tax Rate — set the default tax rate for your store
• Tax Included — toggle whether prices include tax
• Tax ID — enter your business tax identification number

Receipt Settings

• Receipt Header — custom text at the top of receipts
• Receipt Footer — custom text at the bottom of receipts
• Show Logo — toggle logo on receipts
• Show Tax Details — toggle tax breakdown on receipts

Notifications

Configure which notifications to send:

• New order alerts
• Low stock warnings
• Transfer requests
• Withdrawal confirmations
• Daily summary reports

Localization

• Language — default interface language
• Date Format — choose display format
• Time Format — 12-hour or 24-hour
• Timezone — set your local timezone
