After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support.
POS Issues
POS is not loading
- Check your internet connection
- Refresh the page
- Clear browser cache
- Try a different browser
A sale won't complete
- Check that all items are in stock
- Verify the payment amount is correct
- Try selecting a different payment method
Receipt not printing
- Check your printer is connected and powered on
- Ensure the correct printer is selected in your browser settings
- Try printing to PDF first, then use your system print dialog
Inventory Issues
Stock levels are incorrect
- Run an inventory count
- Check for recent sales or returns
- Review inventory movements for discrepancies
- Submit a manual adjustment
Transfer not appearing
- Check the status of the transfer request
- Verify the source branch has sufficient stock
- Refresh the page
Payment Issues
Withdrawal not received
- Check the withdrawal status in your wallet
- Verify your account details are correct
- Contact support if status shows "Completed" but funds not received
Payment declined
- Check your wallet balance
- Verify your PIN is correct
- Ensure you haven't exceeded daily limits
