Login Issues

I can't log in

My account is locked

After 5 failed login attempts, your account is temporarily locked. Wait 15 minutes and try again, or contact support.

POS Issues

POS is not loading

  1. Check your internet connection
  2. Refresh the page
  3. Clear browser cache
  4. Try a different browser

A sale won't complete

  1. Check that all items are in stock
  2. Verify the payment amount is correct
  3. Try selecting a different payment method

Receipt not printing

  1. Check your printer is connected and powered on
  2. Ensure the correct printer is selected in your browser settings
  3. Try printing to PDF first, then use your system print dialog

Inventory Issues

Stock levels are incorrect

  1. Run an inventory count
  2. Check for recent sales or returns
  3. Review inventory movements for discrepancies
  4. Submit a manual adjustment

Transfer not appearing

  1. Check the status of the transfer request
  2. Verify the source branch has sufficient stock
  3. Refresh the page

Payment Issues

Withdrawal not received

  1. Check the withdrawal status in your wallet
  2. Verify your account details are correct
  3. Contact support if status shows "Completed" but funds not received

Payment declined

  1. Check your wallet balance
  2. Verify your PIN is correct
  3. Ensure you haven't exceeded daily limits
