Reports Overview

Generate and view reports to track your store's performance.

Accessing Reports

Go to Insights & Config > Reports from the sidebar.

Available Reports

Sales Reports

  • Daily Sales Summary β€” end-of-day revenue, transactions, and averages
  • Weekly/Monthly Trends β€” compare sales over time
  • Top Products β€” best-selling products by quantity and revenue
  • Sales by Cashier β€” performance per employee
  • Sales by Branch β€” revenue comparison across locations
  • Payment Methods β€” breakdown by cash, mobile money, bank transfer

Inventory Reports

  • Stock Levels β€” current quantities across all products and branches
  • Low Stock Alert β€” products below reorder threshold
  • Inventory Value β€” total cost value of current stock
  • Stock Movements β€” all adjustments, transfers, and corrections
  • Inventory Aging β€” products with slow turnover

Order Reports

  • Order Status β€” breakdown by pending, confirmed, shipped, delivered
  • Average Processing Time β€” time from order to delivery
  • Delivery Performance β€” on-time vs delayed deliveries
  • Returns & Refunds β€” return rate and reasons

Financial Reports

  • Revenue Overview β€” total income from sales and transfers
  • Profit & Loss β€” revenue vs expenses
  • Wallet Transactions β€” deposits, withdrawals, and fees
  • Tax Summary β€” taxes collected and payable

Generating a Report

  1. Select the report type
  2. Choose a date range
  3. Select filters (branch, cashier, category, etc.)
  4. Click Generate

Exporting Reports

Export any report as:

  • CSV β€” for spreadsheet analysis
  • PDF β€” for printing or sharing

Scheduling Reports

Set up automatic report delivery:

  1. Open the report
  2. Click Schedule
  3. Choose frequency (daily, weekly, monthly)
  4. Select recipients
  5. Save

Data Freshness

Reports reflect real-time data. For large datasets, you may see a brief loading indicator while data is processed.
