The Dashboard is your command center — a real-time overview of your store's performance.

Accessing the Dashboard

After logging in, the Dashboard is the first page you see. You can also click Dashboard in the sidebar.

Dashboard Widgets

Sales Overview

• Today's Sales — total revenue for the current day
• Weekly Sales — revenue trend for the current week
• Monthly Sales — revenue for the current month
• Pending Orders — orders awaiting processing

Quick Stats

• Total products in your catalog
• Active branches
• Current stock value
• Active employees

Recent Activity

• Latest sales transactions
• Recent orders
• Stock movements
• Transfer requests

Alerts & Notifications

• Low stock warnings
• Pending delivery requests
• Unread messages
• Subscription status

Customizing the Dashboard

The dashboard adapts to your role:

• Store Owner — full overview with all widgets
• Employee — widgets based on permissions (e.g., cashier sees sales, stock manager sees inventory)
• Admin — platform-wide statistics

Date Range Filter

Use the date filter at the top to switch between:

• Today
• This Week
• This Month
• This Year
• Custom range

Charts & Graphs

Visual charts show:

• Sales trends over time
• Top-selling products
• Revenue by branch
• Order status distribution

Quick Actions

From the dashboard you can:

• Start a new POS session
• Add a product
• Create an order
• View recent transactions
• Check messages
