Request withdrawals from your wallet balance.

Requesting a Withdrawal

  1. Go to Wallet > Withdraw
  2. Enter the amount to withdraw
  3. Select the destination:
    • Mobile Money — Orange Money, MTN Mobile Money, Moov Money
    • Bank Transfer — local bank account
    • Cash Pickup — collect at a partner location
  4. Enter your account details
  5. Confirm your wallet PIN
  6. Click Submit

Withdrawal Limits

Maximum per transaction 500,000 XOF (or equivalent)
Daily limit 2,000,000 XOF (or equivalent)
Daily limit 5 transactions

Processing Time

Mobile Money Instant - 2 hours
Bank Transfer 24 - 72 hours
Cash Pickup 1 - 2 business days

Withdrawal Status

Status Description
Pending Awaiting processing
Processing Being processed by finance team
Completed Funds sent successfully
Failed Transaction failed (check details)
Cancelled Withdrawal was cancelled

Fees

Withdrawal fees are displayed before you confirm. Fees vary by method and amount.

Cancelling a Withdrawal

You can cancel a pending withdrawal from the wallet page. Once processing has started, cancellation is not possible.

Withdrawal History

View all your withdrawal requests under Wallet > Transactions.
