Managing Branches

Branches allow you to manage multiple physical locations under a single store account.

Adding a Branch

  1. Navigate to Store > Branches
  2. Click Add Branch
  3. Fill in the branch details:
    • Branch name and code
    • Address, city, and country
    • Phone number and email
    • Operating hours
    • Manager assignment
  4. Click Save

Branch Management

Each branch operates with its own:

  • Inventory β€” stock levels are tracked per branch
  • Employees β€” staff can be assigned to specific branches
  • Orders β€” customers can select a branch for pickup
  • POS sessions β€” each branch has independent cash registers

Branch Status

Status Description
Active Branch is open and operational
Inactive Branch is temporarily closed
Closed Branch is permanently closed

Switching Between Branches

Use the branch selector in the top navigation bar to switch between your branches. Dashboard data will update to reflect the selected branch.

Deleting a Branch

Warning: Deleting a branch will archive all its inventory records and associated data. This action cannot be undone.
