Managing Branches
Branches allow you to manage multiple physical locations under a single store account.
Adding a Branch
- Navigate to Store > Branches
- Click Add Branch
- Fill in the branch details:
- Branch name and code
- Address, city, and country
- Phone number and email
- Operating hours
- Manager assignment
- Click Save
Branch Management
Each branch operates with its own:
- Inventory β stock levels are tracked per branch
- Employees β staff can be assigned to specific branches
- Orders β customers can select a branch for pickup
- POS sessions β each branch has independent cash registers
Branch Status

Description |
| Active |
Branch is open and operational |
| Inactive |
Branch is temporarily closed |
| Closed |
Branch is permanently closed |
Switching Between Branches
Use the branch selector in the top navigation bar to switch between your branches. Dashboard data will update to reflect the selected branch.
Deleting a Branch
Warning: Deleting a branch will archive all its inventory records and associated data. This action cannot be undone.
