Communicate directly with partners, employees, and support staff.

Accessing the Messenger

Click the Messenger icon in the sidebar or go to Partnerships > Messenger.

Conversations

The messenger organizes conversations by:

  • Partners — communicate with partner stores
  • Employees — internal team communication
  • Support — contact platform support

Starting a Conversation

  1. Click New Message
  2. Select a recipient or search by name
  3. Type your message
  4. Press Enter or click Send

Features

Text Messages

Send plain text messages with optional emoji support.

File Attachments

Attach images, documents, or PDFs to your messages.

Order References

Share order or contract references that link directly to the relevant page.

Read Receipts

See when your messages have been delivered and read.

Notifications

Receive real-time notifications for new messages. Configure notification preferences under Settings > Notifications.

Conversation Management

  • Pin important conversations to the top
  • Mute conversations you don't want notifications from
  • Archive completed conversations
  • Search through message history

Group Chats

Create group chats for team discussions:

  1. Click New Group
  2. Add participants
  3. Name the group
  4. Start chatting

Privacy

Messages are encrypted in transit and at rest. Only the conversation participants can view the messages.
