Click Marketplace in the sidebar or navigate to the Shop page.
What is the Marketplace?
The Marketplace is a public catalog where all stores on the platform can list products for sale. It works like an online shopping mall — customers can browse products from multiple stores in one place.
For Buyers (Customers & Stores)
Browsing
- Search products by name, description, or keyword
- Filter by store, category, price range, or location
- Sort by price, popularity, or newest first
Product Details
Each product shows:
- Name, description, and images
- Price and available quantity
- Store name and rating
- Delivery options and fees
- Estimated delivery time
Purchasing
- Add items to your cart
- Review your order
- Proceed to checkout
- Choose payment method
- Confirm your order
Order Tracking
Track your marketplace orders under My Orders.
For Sellers (Store Owners)
Listing Products
Your store's products are automatically visible in the Marketplace. Ensure your product listings have:
- Clear images
- Accurate descriptions
- Competitive pricing
- Sufficient stock
Managing Marketplace Orders
Marketplace orders appear in your Orders section alongside regular orders. Process them the same way.
Visibility
Toggle product visibility in the Marketplace from the product edit page.
