Profile Settings

Manage your personal account information and preferences.

Accessing Profile Settings

Click your avatar in the top-right corner and select Profile from the dropdown.

Personal Information

  • Name β€” your full name
  • Email β€” account email address
  • Phone β€” your phone number
  • Avatar β€” upload a profile picture

Change Password

  1. Go to Profile > Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Click Update Password

Password requirements:

  • Minimum 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter
  • At least one number
  • At least one special character

Two-Factor Authentication

Enable 2FA for enhanced security:

  1. Go to Profile > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the verification code
  5. Save your backup codes

Notification Preferences

Choose which notifications you receive:

  • Email notifications
  • SMS notifications
  • In-app notifications

Configure notification types:

  • Order updates
  • Transfer requests
  • Payment confirmations
  • System announcements

Language & Region

  • Interface Language β€” choose your preferred language
  • Timezone β€” set your local timezone
  • Date Format β€” choose display format

Account Deletion

Warning: Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your stores, products, and data will be removed.
